Some city venues provide their own labor. They take the furniture from the docks to your booth, which is referred to as drayage. The decorator is responsible for these charges, therefore it is not included in ACCENT’s pricing.
The rental price includes the price of the product, delivery, set up, and pick up of the product. Drayage may be added by the decorator, which is explained above.

Delivery is usually the day before the event opens. The rental is from the time of delivery to the close of the event.

Yes, you are able to rent furniture at show site. An additional 25% service charge may apply.  Furniture delivered to show site may be cancelled, but there will be no refund.

No. ACCENT is responsible for delivering, setting up, and picking up the furniture.

1. A deadline of 14 days prior to the show open date is required for all advanced orders. All orders received within 14 days of show open will be charged a 20% late fee.

2. Orders cancelled 7 days prior to event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
